Everything was delivered fast and in good condition

so while I enjoyed the product, shipping was quite delayed and I won’t fault the company but I also didn’t receive the free sample that was promised. which I know is not a big deal but rather disappointing. also, my liquid finesse had less product then the other two scents, nearly a cm less. which is in my opinion quite significant. overall I will be reordering again.

Product arrived half empty

I ordered liquid finesse and half of the bottle arrived empty, really disappointing as there seems to be an issue with the packaging. Issue was resolved by points that don’t even cover the full amount of the product that I purchased.
